Presently, Jodi is the CEO of Fortitude Consulting. She works as “C-Suite on loan” to help companies manage business challenges, capitalize on opportunities, and drive growth. She works with a variety of clients from Fortune 100 companies to start-ups.
Most recently as the Chief Marketing Officer for the Cincinnati Beverage Company, Jodi led the turn-around, rebrand/relaunch, and exit of a distressed legacy beer company, Christian Moerlein. Rescuing the company from bankruptcy, Jodi led the relaunch of the Little Kings Original Cream Ale brand as a platform for flavored malt beverage line extensions, the re-brand of Christian Moerlein craft beer line, and the return to Cincinnati brewing of the Hudepohl brand.
She is the former President of the Eastern Region and Chief Client Officer of POSSIBLE, a $100MM global digital marketing agency of 1,000 employees in 20 offices in 10 countries including China, India, Kenya, Singapore, UK, Costa Rica, and Dubai.
Jodi has always had a passion for the people side of the business. As the sole woman executive, Jodi created and led the Development Committee, an initiative to improve women and minority diversity in management levels through coaching and development of rising leaders. Additionally, the agency was named as one of the Top 25 Best Places to Work in America for 5 consecutive years.
In 2012, Jodi was named by the Business Courier to the influential class of business and community leaders of 40 under 40. She was also honored as a 2012 Woman to Watch in Cincinnati’s business community.
Jodi graduated magna cum laude from DePauw University. She is married and has 4 children 20 and under. She and her family create crazy travel adventures, most recently to Tanzania, Egypt, and Peru.

As CEO of Cincinnati Beverage Company, he led the successful turnaround and sale of Christian Moerlein, a distressed legacy beer company.
Previously, as Executive Director of the Cincinnati Shakespeare Company, he orchestrated a financial revival, tripled revenue, and spearheaded the construction of a $17 million theater.
Woffington also served as Global President of Possible Worldwide, a digital marketing agency, where he expanded operations and grew revenue by $20 million. As President and CEO of Bridge Worldwide, he transformed the company from a struggling agency into a thriving business.
He began his career in investment banking and later excelled in brand management at Procter & Gamble. Woffington initiated, led, and executed the $2.3 billion acquisition of The Iams Company, P&G’s then-largest acquisition ever and a move The Wall Street Journal called “brilliant.”
He's received numerous awards including being awarded the Key to the City of Cincinnati, was named one of The Most Powerful Leaders in Business in Cincinnati in 2019 and 2020, Top 40 under 40 by the Business Courier, and
Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist.
Additionally, Woffington is the Managing Partner of Chameleon Investments,
a family office/investment fund focused on private equity, venture capital, multi-family real estate and private alternative credit. He holds degrees from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and Duke University and resides in Wyoming, OH, with his wife and four children.
